Paul Fredericks

Paul was an amazing realtor. It was our first time buying a house AND we were moving states and Paul was a calming presence for us. He toured many houses over FaceTime for us and helped us through every decision. When our family visited Paul took a few days to go through houses with us, not with the intent to buy anything, just to get a feel for what we would want when we were ready. After we closed, Paul has still been communicating and helping us through the move. He has been a true supporter for us through this whole experience and is there for more than just home buying!

Paul was fantastic, only good things to say and could go on and on! He was quick, kind, courteous, and made sure we understood everything every step of the way. It was our first time buying a house so there was a lot we didn’t know and he made it very easy. He was overly accommodating with looking at houses found lots for us to look at That had everything we wanted so we had plenty to choose from. We moved from Arizona to Idaho and he was more than willing to FaceTime and walk us through to show us houses so we didn’t have to come back out a whole bunch of times. He genuinely cared about getting us what we wanted with no pressure to buy anything. Would and will use him every time in the feature could not recommend him enough!! Thank you Paul!!

Paul Fredericks did an excellent job selling my house. I cannot say enough good things about the way Paul handled the sale of the house. He was patient and courteous. He had great ideas to market the house and made sure every step of the sale was understood. The process we did made selling the house quick and easy.

Paul was expeditious in getting photos of my home and had just the right words to post my listing on the MLS. Even though Paul had comps to provide and gave his knowledge of the current market I wanted to list slightly higher than what he recommended. He was cautious, but hopefully optimistic and indulged my vision. Paul was easy to work with answering my questions in a timely manner and went to work on my behalf when it came to negotiations. Paul went above and beyond to get the deal closed and in the end I was very pleased with the entire process.
