Patti Inouye found me my ideal new home! Initially, I met Patti early in my search when she was listing agent for a home I really liked. Patti did such a good job for her seller she got top dollar for her seller and I missed out. So I decided to ask Patti to represent me as a buyer. I found Patti a great listener and communicator! She was always very responsive, returning texts, phone calls and emails as soon as she possibly could despite her being a very active Realtor. Patti was extremely knowledgeable about the Real Estate market in Tucson and her extensive experience provided great insights. She recommended extremely thorough inspectors, especially the General Home Inspector, and when the roofing inspector missed a few important issues the Home Inspector identified, Patti made sure the Roofer do a more extensive evaluation. Patti also identified very significant conflicting reports on the Sewer Drain evaluations done and immediately contacted the Plumber who had done work on the Sewer Line several years earlier to make sure the Sewer line had been relined as reported three years earlier. Patti was so thorough, detail oriented and professional through every aspect of my search and transaction and I could not be happier with my new home! Not only did Patti find my ideal home but she negotiated so well on my behalf I really purchased the home at a great value.
