We happened to come across Patti's website/profile through a Google search when we initially started the process to buy land to build/ find a new home. Patti was patient and helpful along the almost year long process, especially when we didn't really know what we wanted and were taking a more casual approach. Her experience and connections in the community made us feel comfortable and confident that we were receiving sound advice and service. For example, the inspector she referred to us was top notch! Patti was always available and quick to respond to inquiries which was very much appreciated. Overall, we could not recommend her enough!
