Thorough and thoughtful

Patti has been helping my extended family for years with buying and selling homes. I got to see from first hand experience how excellent she is from buying and selling our home. She is very experienced and came to our first meeting prepared with comps from the last year of homes sold in our neighborhood. She walked through our home and gave us her honest opinion of what it would sell for and was pretty close to being spot on. She is very easy to get ahold of and communicate with. She made us feel very comfortable throughout the process and helped to keep my nerves and stress to a minimum. The whole process was seamless thanks to her.
