My experience working with Patricia was amazing. From the first call, she was impressive. Her ability to connect with her client is like none other I have seen before. She is such a genuine, kind soul and it just radiates from her. She gave exceptional advice that improved the sale of our house, she is very knowledgeable, and has an abundance of successful experience others can't compete with. She was instant with her replies to any questions or correspondence any time of the day/ night. She kept us informed every step of the way (ahead of the way) and made us feel at ease, making it a lot less stressful on us. I can't believe how fast she sold our house. She listed it on a Monday, had 17 showings and 3 offers by Wednesday. (Yes, of the same week)!! That's how good her reputation is. She really is the best and I bet after working with her, you will feel like she is family too. I highly recommend Patti and am very grateful for the outstanding job she did.
