Patti was the most professional Realtor that I interviewed and then subsequently hired. Every step of the way she handled my listing and my lease for my residential home with care and professionalism. I would recommend her to any person looking to keep a step above the normal Realtor.
Patti is very attentive to your needs and knows a lot about the housing market. She has helped me on many accounts and always is there when you need her. I would reccomend her to anyone.
Patti was a tremendous asset in the sale of (2)of our homes, both sold in less than a week! She continues to help us with any real estate needs any time we contact her. We not only consider her as our agent but a friend as well.
We have had many real estate agents in the past, selling 5 homes. Ms. Gilman is by far superior to any of them. Her skills are beyond excellent. She has renewed my faith that there are professional agents. She also assisted us in purchasing a home in the same manner!
We went into this experience with fear and trembling. Not really wanting to sell a home that we built and loved (it was just time to downsize) Patti took us through the process with confidence and skill. It is no wonder she is considered to be one of the best realtors in the top percentiles in the country! Not only did she sell our home, but helped us find our new home. We would highly recommend Patti to anyone needing real estate expertise.
Patti is very professional and knowledgeable. This was my first home buying experience, and she made everything run smooth with no hiccups. I would recommend her to anyone!
I've worked with Patti on a couple different transactions. Caring, attentive, thoughtful and good listener are the first words that come to mind. She is a consummate professional and all around good human being.
Patti works & works to no end. To this point Patti has been relentless . I have been blessed with a real trooper. God Bless us both my mother & I to have such a great person representing us. Five star on a scale of FIVE to this POINT! NICK:
Patti has exceptional soft skills when relating to other people. She is extremely knowledgeable about her industry and has many years of experience. We would recommend Patti for any home sale or purchase.
Patti was incredible. We had our home listed with a different agent for almost 8 months, and when we switched to Patti, she had our home sold within 6 days. She is incredibly fast and efficient in her communication and guidance. Our only regret was that we didn't switch to her sooner.
Selling our home with Patti Gilman was a great experience! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the city in which we were listing and all of the aspects related to selling a home. We appreciated Patti's professionalism and the fact that she is kind, friendly, and always has a positive attitude!
Patti is very attentive to your needs and knows a lot about the housing market. She has helped me on many accounts and always is there when you need her. I would recommend her to anyone.
