Patti is a model real estate agent. She met with us and had a plan for selling my mothers home quickly. Sunday we signed contract with her and by Friday we had an offer for the asking price. Patti also helped with all the details and got us to the closing smoothly. She kept us constantly updated on the process and what needed to be done next. This is my first experience with selling a home and it was a smooth process thanks to Patti. Patti is a truly a professional expert in her field and very friendly which makes it a pleasure to work with her. If you are selling or buying PATTI GILMAN should be your choice for an agent

Patti was fantastic to work with and guided us through our home purchase during the early Covid 19 issues when things were a little unsettled. We are extremely happy with our purchase and the negotiated price. She is a true professional and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home
"Patti was my agent when I purchased my home and again when I sold it 15 years later. She is very knowledgeable, resourceful, helpful and kind. She has the best people working with her including interior designers and photographers that can help to make your home shine, both in person and online. Our home sold in two days and our closing went very smoothly!"
During a challenging time with pandemic restrictions, we found Patti to be incredibly responsive, proactive and a pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of the market, coupled with an excellent support team and use of current technology, including the use of drone video and a virtual walkthrough, quickly and seamlessly allowed us to sell our home. Thank you very much Patti and team."

"Patti has helped my husband and I purchase a new house, then later sold our old house, and recently helped my family sell our childhood home. I keep hiring Patti because she is very personable and I felt I could trust her judgement when making these important decisions. It was comforting to know that everything would be taken care of!"
