Patti hit the ground running with the listing of my house. She took care of any and all details as if it was simple to her...and I am sure it was not all simple and easy. I am also a Realtor (for many years) and I'm aware of how things work. I was unable to have the listing to my house as it was a legal matter (divorce). She kept things very professional as she worked through the process. I received a full price and terms offer w/I 24 hours and closed in 30 days.
