She worked hard, however, we had to continue to drop the price to get it sold after months on the market. Fickle market I'm not sure anyone really understands. Market was not willing to pay small premium for many amenities that neighbors did not have.

My first meeting with Patti was at an open house she was hosting. I had been to a lot of open houses before, so I can say I've met many realtors in my quest for my perfect home. Meeting Patti was just so different from my past experiences. Patti is warm and very genuinely friendly and caring. Most realtors are friendly, go into the specs of the house you are looking at, at that moment, and don't generally connect with you on a personal level. Even though we found we had both worked for the same organization at a previous time ( years past, outside of real estate), I felt an honest, palpable warmth from her. We got to know each other well, and I knew Patti would find my perfect forever home. Patti knows her market, and in a short period of time, she knew me and exactly what I was looking for. Patti is always searching to find you the home you are looking for. She is very warm, caring, earnest, and extremely knowledgable. In finding my home and me making an offer, Patti was very realistic, and knowing her market, saved me thousands of dollars on my initial suggestion for an offer. I am positively thrilled with my home. Patti makes is easy to feel like you are more than a client, and she works hard to make you happy. If I was ever in the market again for a new home, Patti would be my forever realtor!

Patti was extremely helpful in every step of the way. Her professionalism was exceptional. We would definitely seek her assistance if we desired to sell or buy a home in the future.
