If I had to describe my experience with Patti in a few words it would be worry free, effortless, easy and actually fun! I was looking for my first home for about a year before I met Patti. We looked at one house together and that was it! With this being my first home I was very nervous and anxious about the entire process but with Patti I was worry free. She was on top of every step and updated me with all new information. Even if she didn't have any new information she would check with me to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. Whenever I had a concern or a problem I would always here back from her immediately and she would solve the problem. Patti was also very helpful with keeping my parents in the loop, who were also very involved in the process. Patti was there for every step with me and was always available to talk. It made me feel great that she took the time to do things that she did not have to. I felt like she really cared and wanted to make sure my first home was a great one! Patti is also extremely organized and was able to expediate the process for me so I can be settled in by the holidays! At settlement she also provides you with a bound copy of ALL your paper work and would also provide it on a flash drive.
