When we were ready to sell, she walked us through the whole process and gave us a plan of action. She knew our interest and price range when searching for a house, and didn't waste our time with houses that weren't in our scope. Once we found the house we wanted, she gave us great advice on how to make an offer, as well as getting our house on the market. She brought in great contractors and photographer.
