A friend of mine suggested Patti. From our first meeting things went very well, we had set up a price and decided on some things to complete before we were ready to list, Patti was very patient and willing to assist in completing my punch list of items we had discussed. When we were finally ready to list I suggested going a bit high on the price and she agreed saying she could make the comps work for our new agreed price. We listed the property and sold it the first day with the appraisal coming back at the exact price she said we could get. Just prior to closing there were a few items that I was getting anxious about but Patti was a very reassuring calming source for me, and at the very end knowing my frustration, she was behind the scenes making sure the buyers end would meet the closing deadline that had been pushed out twice already. She expressed our concerns with the buyer while making me feel very confident things would close as planned. Through the entire process I could communicate with Patti at anytime of the day/night or weekend and always respond very quickly to any concerns or questions I had, she always makes you feel like your her most important client. We had a great Realtor in North Carolina and I never thought we'd luck out again until we met Patti - I can honestly say we would not be in our home right now if we had any other Realtor but her. We met Patti at an open house in August, 2016, before we were really in the market, and she had just the right amount of contact without being pushy. When we were ready to start seriously looking, she was responsive and answered all our questions about her qualifications thoroughly. She helped us navigate a market that changed over time, considering fixer-uppers, foreclosures, and FSBOs, since location was the primary factor in our search. In fact, it was a FSBO that we bought, and her pleasant demeanor was able to get us through the door with the sellers when they'd said no to other agents. Despite Patti's busy schedule, we were able to present an offer in less than 24 hours that the sellers had in hand before their open house. It became a multiple offer situation and Patti's advice guided us to a contract. She set us up with several different lenders until we found one we really liked, deftly managed all the inspections and appointments and dealt with the (unrepresented) sellers directly. At our final walkthrough they also expressed their gratitude, saying to us, "where did you find her?!" Patti had endless patience and was cheerful even in the face of challenges. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in the real estate market.
