A friend of mine suggested Patti. From our first meeting things went very well, we had set up a price and decided on some things to complete before we were ready to list, Patti was very patient and willing to assist in completing my punch list of items we had discussed. When we were finally ready to list I suggested going a bit high on the price and she agreed saying she could make the comps work for our new agreed price. We listed the property and sold it the first day with the appraisal coming back at the exact price she said we could get.
