I have been a realtor since 2007 and a Broker since 2016.
I live in Ahwatukee Foothills and we also have a cabin in Forest Lakes, this is where I can show people the beautiful diversity that our state has to offer in the way of climate and vegetation. Check out Forest Lakes sometime. I also work with investors, I myself am a RE investor and we own many rental properties and have lots of experience with 1031 exchanges. I participate in several Real Estate Investment groups to gain insight on this great investment opportunity.
That's because my first priority when meeting a new client is to find out how he can best help them. I actively listen to my clients. The insight I gain helps to more accurately address my client's wants and needs.
Next I give them the information they need to move through the process of buying or selling a home with the least possible stress or uncertainty. My belief is that knowledge of today's market leads to good decisions. When clients know what to expect at each step along the way, it makes the entire transaction more enjoyable for everyone.
A "people person," My favorite part of being a REALTOR® is the opportunity to become acquainted with so many interesting people and help them realize their goals.
A lot of REALTOR® talk about ethics, but I live it day to day. I am married to a wonderful woman Anna and we both are active in ministry at Arizona Community Church. I am also an ordained Elder in the Presbyterian faith, I have created 2 large charities, one where they build and donate bicycles to underprivileged children at Christmas across the US, to this date they have donated over 34,000 bicycles. I have also created a group of Christian men who would repair homes of people who could not afford to keep them up, working with single mothers, widows and disabled veterans. I was awarded the Good News Good People award in Sacramento, CA in 2007.
