Looking for a REALTOR with great integrity and communication? Look no further! I am a REALTOR/Qualifying broker currently with Realty ONE Group Concierge of New Mexico. I am a Certified Listing Professional and also Certified Real Estate Negotiator. My previous background includes six years at Keller Williams Realty, Albuquerque, where I was a member of the Master Faculty teaching REALTORS various classes on real estate. I have written two books on real estate and published one. I enjoy working with clients and provide them honesty, care and great communication. I also worked over three decades for Verizon Communications where I held various management positions the last of which I was the Project Lead/Manager of training for Verizon's Finance group. Responsibilities there included originating, developing and delivering training materials for Financial Systems. Leading that team gained me the necessary values I still follow today working with my clients. I provide real estate services across Albuquerque including East Mountains, Rio Rancho and Placitas communities assisting my clients with their various real estate needs. My hobbies include oil painting as well as working with the wild horses of Placitas. I currently volunteer my spare time to a 501C - Placitas Wild and assist in caring for over 60 wild horses daily!

Excellent

Pat was amazing, she took the reigns from our original agent while he was on vacation. Pat was a bulldog when we needed her to be and she gave great advice when we we're stuck, she helped us find a solution, fast. We are new to the Albuquerque market and she was an excellent guide. After this experience I would not only consider her as our agent, but also as a friend. Thanks for everything Pat.
