As a native of the Tri-State region of PA, NY and NJ, Patty has knowledge of the many things this area has to offer from its beautiful scenic spots to its historic homes and bustling lake communities. Her many years working in the human service field before becoming a full time realtor, has given her a unique understanding of the needs of her clients. She understands that people are not just looking for a house, but a place to call home, a neighborhood to raise a family and a diverse and supportive community to enjoy. She also recognizes that while buying and selling can be fun and exciting like many new adventures, it can often be stressful and difficult. She works with her clients to help them understand and navigate the process so their transition is as smooth as possible. "Its not just about selling a house, it's about helping people through the process so they can begin a new chapter in their lives."
A graduate of Central College in Pella, Iowa, Patty is and a member of the Pike/Wayne Association of Realtors and the founder and former director of the Upper Delaware LGBT Center. She is active in the community and participates in the many social and cultural events occurring year round.
Patty is proud to be a member of the Chant Realtors, largest independent real estate agency in the area, with over 50 years experience and boasting number one in sales year after year. She looks forward to helping you find a place to call home or listing your house and helping you relocate to a new area.
