Patty is a blessing. She is an awesome real estate agent that knows what she is doing, If I could give more stars I would. I live out of town and had a house in Colorado that I was previously renting out, the renters destroyed the house. Luckily I found Patty and she was there every step of the way overseeing the property and making sure everything got fixed before we put it on the market. She did an excellent job and went above and beyond my expectations. She has an eye for detail and knows what the market is looking for. She sold my property in less than 2 weeks and that was during holiday season. Thanks to Patty and her experience we sold our house at asking price and we did this all while living in another state.
