Working with Patricia made buying a home a true delight. Starting with our very first meeting, when she asked us to describe the homes we’d grown up in, we knew we were in the hands of someone who had made an art form out of matching people with houses. When looking at houses together, she listened so well to us that she often knew before we did whether we wanted to live in any given place - and then would gracefully bring this information to our attention in a way that was unfailingly helpful. Also, she is so good at explaining complicated systems that we never felt lost or confused as first-time home buyers - what might have felt overwhelming in other circumstances instead felt interesting and fun.
