This was my 29th home purchase and the 1st time I used a Realtor. I told Patricia I didn't need a Realtor the 1st time she stopped by. But after meeting her I knew she was special, so after a few days I called her back and she set with my wife and myself for 4hours discussing the entire process to make sure we were comfortable and provided everything in paper form as I'm and old school guy.
