Patty is genuinely one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. My fiancé and I thought that we were going to be stuck renting for another year until we attended a seminar held by Patty and an amazing loan officer that she works closely with, Kayla Tyer. They both made us confident in purchasing a home. From there, we met for lunch and Patty took note of every single feature we couldn't live without. Not even 2 hours later she created a search in HomeSnap that alerted us every time there was a house within our price range with the features we loved. I work long hours so I appreciated that she worked early and late to accommodate my schedule. She even met an electrician at my house to help with a repair while I was at work.
