We could not be more pleased with out first experience purchasing a home. Patty was warm, welcoming, friendly and made the process easier than I could have ever imagined it being. I promise we were not the perfect clients either! We weren't even sure what type of property we wanted; condo, townhouse, detached with acreage or a small lot. I'd say she had her hands full with us but I never detected a note of frustration. Patty was very responsive to both email and text and happy to answer any question we had. She had a knowledge of the areas we were looking in and was very resourceful in sending us properties and narrowing down our search. Patty left no detail unturned and no question unanswered. I could not have hand picked a better realtor or asked for a more pleasant experience. She was definitely made for this! Top notch, A#1, 5 Star!!!

She was incredible and very nice. When we needed something or had any question all we had to do was call her and she would help us. She alaays worked with us snout looking at homes.
