She sat down at the beginning and discussed the process and possibilities. She staged the house so well I didn’t want to move. She had professional pictures done, actively marketed, and held open house, providing feedback the entire time. If she works with Robin to stage your home, that experience is a bonus because they are amazing to watch work together. She even went to check on the home before inspection and pulled weeds at the front, so it looked the best. Patty is for her customers all the way! I met patty as a realtor and finished the process with a dear friend. She looked out for us through the process like she was family.
