This review will do no justice regarding how fantastic Patricc Petti is. This was my first time buying property and I was clueless in every way. Patricc offered his support, knowledge and patience. I felt like I could trust him and that he had my best interest at heart during the entire process. He provided me not only his services but referrals and asked personal favors from everything from my loan officer, inspector, terminator, painter and even a handyman. He even helped me set up my water and trash! He was efficient and enthusiastic, I had purchased a home in less than two weeks from the day I started looking. He was honest and I never felt as if my time was wasted. If I could not be somewhere he was there and filled me in consistently. As difficult as buying a home is in our current market and just in general he found a way to make this a very pleasant and exciting experience. I have absolutely no regrets and would recommend his services without any hesitation.

Patricc is a sea of knowledge and a joy to work with. Always cheerful and positive, he made the rather daunting experience of first time home buying more enjoyable. We learned key terms along the way, called him often for guidance and recommendations... He is definitely someone I'd like in my corner when I walk into a situation.
