I had the good fortune of walking into an open house in the winter of 2013 and meeting Pascual Salazar. His patience abounded during the home search and subsequent fifteen-day escrow. I stayed in the house for six years, and any time I needed advice or a contractor, I called Pascual. From providing the name of an arborist to a roofer to someone to redo my floors, Pascual answered all my questions (and follow up questions) quickly and with a smile. When I decided to sell, there was not a second thought— I was calling Pascual. He provided thoughtful counsel on additional fixes I should make to give potential buyers more comfort. When we entered escrow, because he has been there for so many years, he was able to answer almost all questions the buyer had without involving me, which allowed me to stay focused on my day job. I have recommended Pascual to friends that are purchasing homes and shared contact information of his contractors. If I were not moving across the country, I would continue to use him for my home purchases and sales. He is a gem. Where you are looking to sell or buy, you should get him in your corner. My mother and I are very happy to found Pascual. We contact him initially 3 years ago when we just want to get some info regards to the market. His knowledge and info preparation during first meeting was great. He is well manner and patient. We express we were just thinking and not sure when we will sell. Not in hurry. He totally understanding, and had follow up with us regularly since . We met several times till we decided to finally sell. He was never pushy. Most important thing to us was my mother was older and can’t be at house all the time, we looking for agent who is trustworthy and we can trust safety and security during all the open house and agent appointments when we not there.
