After a week of looking at homes we decided to pump the breaks and not buy a house due to the COVID pandemic and fear. There isn't enough space here to cover how excellent it was working w/ Pascual. I was introduced to him as a recommendation from someone who has purchased multiple properties, so immediately off to a good start. I started this journey simply because paying more than a mortgage just to rent out here, was poor money management, but I knew NOTHING purchasing (I even had to look up mortgage rates to know that was even correct). He went out of his way to educate us on EVERYTHING: process, neighborhoods, investments/value, home improvements, you name it and I had multiple questions about it. Most importantly (after even more research on topics myself) he was able to build our TRUST! I realize now after typing it that sounds corny being Broker in Trust and all, BUT, it was off of that trust we were able to move through this process with any sort of Piece of Mind. Not once did we ever feel like he wasn't there for us, and to me that is the only way to go through this way overly complicated process!
