Pascual Salazar is very knowledgeable about the area, the types of property, property values, the potential of the property for other uses. Since we owned a property that is somewhat unique, it was critical that Pascual recognized its value and did his best to sell it for its worth. I think he did much more than another agent would have done; he spent a lot of time in the buildings office to get process started for permits that helped to maximize the sales price of the property. I definitely recommend him to friends and family!
