Even before we were ready to think about selling, we had the pleasure of meeting Pascual through neighborhood projects that he would put on and his relationship with the neighborhood. He was always out letting people know that he was there and caring. From the neighborhood yard sales, food drives, shredding events and school supply collections he let you know that he cared. This made it a no brainer when it came time to sell the house and purchase our next. We could not have asked for a more loving, caring, compassionate individual. This sale came at a very emotional time for us when my husband new that he was terminal. Pascual made sure to put our family first in everything. He stuck with us through thick and then even during the 18 months that we had to put the sale on hold because my husband passed before we completed the transaction and had to go through probate. Pascual Salazar is very knowledgeable about the area, the types of property, property values, the potential of the property for other uses. Since we owned a property that is somewhat unique, it was critical that Pascual recognized its value and did his best to sell it for its worth. I think he did much more than another agent would have done; he spent a lot of time in the buildings office to get process started for permits that helped to maximize the sales price of the property. I definitely recommend him to friends and family!
