Pam did a spectacular job listing our house! I’m in Florida so everything had to be done long distance. Pam even coordinated, and paid for (reimbursed of course), minor issues that were presented while the house was listed and after a proposal was accepted. Clearing of snow from the driveway, procuring Co2 detectors, etc. Thank you Pam!

On a trip looking for property, my wife and I stopped by a mom and pops County store. Talking with the owner, I was asking him about property in the area. He said all I needed to know was Pamela, and he gave me her business card. From the moment I contacted her, she was extremely professional and knowledgeable about her area and the workings of the reality business. It took a while for her to find the appropriate property that we finally settled on. ( Years ). Not because of lack of trying but my being a stickler on so many different ideas that I needed to look for in my ideal property. Through it all she was extremely prompt and helpful to push any and all deals through. Being a retired contractor, with all my dealings with salesperson, I would recommend Pam to anyone who wants a hard working , knowledgeable and persistent realtor on Your side. Pam was always just a text away 7/24. If she wasn't immediately available she would arrange for another agent to take us to showings. Pam knew the market quite well. When we first started looking she took us to all the towns/listings we asked about. She was also quite adept at anticipating which houses would suit our needs. As we looked at houses we often changed the parameters of our search. Pam kindly took each of these changes in stride and never changed her lovely attitude.

Pam went above and beyond. She would call or text when there was anything new, we should know concerning the sale of our parents' house. Highly recommend her.
