We have known Pam for MANY years. I, Sylvia, knew that if I could get my mother to leave NY that I would want Pam to list the property. However, I am not an easy person to work with/for so her task of selling the house would not be easy. Mom would not really have any working in the sale other than signing her name. We started off a little rough but smoothed out fairly quickly. It was a rough market there and the house did lack in bathrooms as she pointed out but had other benefits and she pointed those out as well. Pam never gave up, so I never gave up! She knew what my bottom number for price was so as we got two offers that was kept in mind. Pam did an outstanding job, and I am sure it was stressful to put up with me! :-) Pam will tell you what will work and what will not work, however she will let you make the choice of what direction you want to go in and then advise if it needs to change soon after, so the listing doesn't get stale. Pam Williams will get your house sold quickly!

Pam did a spectacular job listing our house! I’m in Florida so everything had to be done long distance. Pam even coordinated, and paid for (reimbursed of course), minor issues that were presented while the house was listed and after a proposal was accepted. On a trip looking for property, my wife and I stopped by a mom and pops County store. Talking with the owner, I was asking him about property in the area. He said all I needed to know was Pamela, and he gave me her business card. From the moment I contacted her, she was extremely professional and knowledgeable about her area and the workings of the reality business. It took a while for her to find the appropriate property that we finally settled on. ( Years ).
