Our sale was complicated by a short timeline and necessitated a remote sale. We were downsizing and had many years of accumulated stuff to find new homes for. Pam came in emphasizing a network of resources to help with what we needed to accomplish while we were still on the ground there. One of these resources were her friends, the 'Golden Girls' who worked hard to conduct a 'Living Estate Sale' and find homes for items that did not sell. We would never have made our schedule without them. I had a good feeling about Pam from the moment I met her. She always returned communications promptly. She seemed to be on the job from the first interview: collecting information and documents about the home before we had even selected her as our agent. In the end, she lived up to our expectations, continuing to keep immediately on top of issues that came up prior to closing with the tenacious instinct of a herder. She removed obstacles by facilitating access to the home by workmen and making arrangements with utilities. The only reason my review falls short of a 5 was because of a miscommunication about an offer from a buyer. Once the error was realized, Pam immediately corrected it and we were back on track. She definitely EARNED her commission and I highly recommend her.

Pam was very helpful explaining the guidelines on selling the house. Setting up the drone pictures showed everything inside and outside to make a beautiful presentation. Checking in with us very prompt in returning calls and text. When the first deal fell through, she immediately got the house back on the market and it sold.
