When the time was right Pam marketed the house and very quickly we received an offer, which she skillfully negotiated excellent terms and price. From day one she was in constant communication with my mother and myself (out of state daughter)! She properly handled communication that met each one of our needs. Email and texts for me and phone calls to my mother. During the transaction, there were anticipated and unanticipated issues that were all managed stealthy. We must mention she spared no expense on advertising. My mother's house was a semi-dated, manufactured home and Pam still had professional photographs taken and fully marketed the house as if it was a high end home. We truly recognize her dedication, hard work, expertise, experience, and professionalism. We highly-highly recommend Pam!
