Pamela is a super star!!! I can't say enough how amazing it was to have her as my agent. I went through a difficult sale due to divorce, but Pamela came through at every obstacle (and there were many) and made it happen. She really knows the market and priced the house just right. The house sold immediately at full price. We saw other homes in our neighborhood not move for months. Her suggestions for getting the house sale-ready for the best return were right on. She knows the best handyman, gardener, and contractor to take care of any little or big needs. Pamela is always prompt and on top of everything. Pam and Charlie were amazing -- they helped us upgrade to our current dream home and sell our starter home. Pam was very familiar with our area and actually lived up the street for years - she was able to give us insight into our local school, neighbors, and local activities. Pam truly has a personal touch and was able to help us schedule open houses around our busy schedule (working around naps with two young children on the weekends which is very unrealistic to potential buyers). Pam was also instrumental in helping us with finding a reliable handyman to help renovate our new house and prepare our previous house for sale. Pam even visited us two years after our sale and taught me how to make her famous caramel apples!! This was my first time buying a home. I didnt know what to expect or have a clue what to look for. Pamela was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects. Starting from all the properties shown ,right down to the paperwork. She took the time to show me and teach me everything that was going on.
