Pam did an outstanding job of introducing herself and knowledge of our neighborhood and then selling our home of 30+ years. She actually took the time to knock on our door and ask if or when we were considering selling 5 years ago, and built the relationship to where we knew she was the only one to call. So many other agents sent us nick-nacks and had staff call us on the phone (how impersonable!). Pam was always there helping us consider improvements to add value to our home and keep it up to date. When we were finally serious about selling, Pam was able to help us with the game plan to get the house ready for sale. She had a timeline to market date with what needed to be accomplished by what date and she was able to keep us on schedule while she prepared marketing. Whenever we had questions, Pam had the answers or knew who to call to get the job completed. Admittedly, there were times when we thought of going a different direction or felt invaded, but we are glad that we listened to Pam and her advice to display the home and get a fair market listing. Pam prepared us with what to expect and do during showing and how long we could expect to wait for an offer that met our price expectations. Our Home had over 2500 down loads upon listing and 20+ groups walking the 4 hour open house. In 5 days we had an offer and Pam guided us through a highly emotional, fast paced and difficult negotiation that we were not expecting, but again, Pam was prepared! In just a few days we were in a 30-day escrow and preparing to move out-of-state with no home to go to. We found a home a week later and Pam was able to guide us through the contingency process on that home as well. Not an easy task when the other state has different laws and players, but she was a great team leader. I wouldn't list with any other agent.
