Even though my wife and I have decided to pull out of the house hunting market due to its volatile state and over exaggerated offerings, I felt compelled to write this review and to let you know what a pleasure it was to work with Ms. Pamela Dostilio. Pamela was very professional, personable and informative. For instance, I informed Pamela about 9am that we were going to an open house that same day at 1pm. Within 1 hour she called us back to let us know that we could have a private viewing 30 minutes to the open houses and that she would meet us there. How awesome is that!!! If you’ve been to an open house ,you know what I mean. As we walked out of the private viewing their were at least 20 people waiting to go in. We did make an offer, which was 20000 over asking , we weren’t the highest bid. Pam Dostilio is quite an impressive realtor!  My sister and I had to quickly sell our elderly parents' condo. Since we both live out of state, several hundred miles away and with very busy lives, this made things that much more difficult. Pam helped us with EVERYTHING, from a thorough market analysis, to finding repair people, junk removers, house cleaners, movers and a great local closing attorney.  We found Pam to be incredibly personable, patient, enthusiastic about her job and extremely conscientious.  Calls, texts and emails were responded to immediately.  If she didn’t have the answer to a question, and we had many, she would quickly find an answer and reply promptly. Since we both live several hours away, Pam was always ready and available to find, coordinate and personally meet any inspectors and repairman at the condo.  She did a beautiful job marketing the condo and quickly setting up a successful open house. To our delight, the condo sold within just a few days of its listing.  Up through the closing date, she kept is in the loop with every important detail of the closing process.  She communicated very well with our Attorney, the buyer’s Attorney and the Condo Association.  We were highly impressed with Pam and we cannot recommend her enough.

Pam was a great realtor for my husband and I! We had a roller coaster ride with house hunting and she stuck by our side the whole way! She was there to guide us and took our needs and wants as her top priority in finding our forever home. Even after we made our purchase we have kept in contact with her and plan to do so in the future.

Pam is outstanding! My husband and I met Pam on a random cold call off of a property sign. She was so great, she met up with us within 30 minutes and gave us a full run through of the home, including comps. Over a span of a couple days, Pam showed us many homes and provided us constant feedback about the market as well as comps in the area.
