Pam did an amazing job and was so great to work with. As many times as I went through this process I was very nervous. Buying and selling is not always easy. Our house was listed quickly and the pictures were amazing. An open house happened right away and was received fantastically. Pam kept in constant touch and I never had to wonder what was happening. She didn’t just care about selling the property for us, but also cared about us and made sure we were aware of everything. Pam is the best real estate agent out there, and it’s because she legitimately loves it. You can tell how passionate she is every time you speak to her. We were fortunate enough to work with Pam in buying a house, and I cannot express how critical Pam was to our buying process. We had recently parted ways with another realtor, and during the time we weren’t represented we met Pam at an open house for a property she was selling. Fast forward a few weeks, we saw a house we loved, and called Pam up out of the blue asking if she would represent us. It was a Sunday and she didn’t hesitate to help us put an offer in, a great offer in (she gave us a lot of guidance and support) that same day. She continued to make everything so easy for us as she expertly navigated tricky waters with the sellers. She always advocated for us, and never failed to keep us updated. That was big for us, she would call or text all the time for big or small updates, and that was very reassuring as we went through the process. She also had recommendations for a team of experts (lawyer, inspector, etc.). Pam knows her stuff, she loves her clients, and we are so glad to have worked with her. 10/10. 5 stars.
