I feel she misread the market quoted $750,000 for value ended up listening and selling for $678,500. Big difference in expectations versus reality. Also too late with computer staging of house with walls and furniture placement in certain rooms to show buyers potential.
Having Pam as our real estate agent in order to sell my parents' home was the best decision we ever made throughout the whole entire process. She treated us like family, and constantly kept in communication with us about the home including info about the possible buyers and decisions that needed to be made. If things needed to be done in the house, I never had to worry about leaving work because Pam took care of all of that for us.
