Pamela is patient, details oriented, looking out for the best of her client (seller) and buyer. Pamela spent a lot of time getting the house ready for sale and provided great insights. It is always a pleasure working with Pamela and we have been fortunate to use her service for previous transactions and will use her service for future transactions.

We were in an older home that needed many updates , which we did not want to have to be involved in. Pam was able to get a buyer for us who needed a larger home like ours but had some financial problems. We were able to sell the house for our price with a little creative financing.
