Pam was an excellent realtor. She is very experienced and knowledgeable, so any questions that we had she was able to answer them well and she always communicated in a timely manner. This was our first home purchase, so Pam sat down and answered questions we had about the documents we were signing. When we needed to hit escrow deadlines quickly, she was able to meet them. While looking for homes, she was amazing at creating a competitive offer while making sure we were not over paying for our home. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the SGV and was able to provide many amazing referrals for any work we wanted to have done on our new home. I would recommend her to everyone I know.

We needed a fair amount of handholding when things seem to turn south on numerous occasions. We were hoping for more buyer interest and hoped that that might lead to a higher offer, nevertheless, we're thankful for what we received and happy to have the process come to a conclusion. Pam is a leader among leaders. With over 40 years in the real estate industry Pam does this job effortlessly. She guided us every step of the way and I don’t think we would have survived this journey with anyone else but her. Pam had answers for every question and resolved any issue that came up because she has years and years of experience. We were able to communicate with her when we needed her, she was readily available to us when we reached out. She has experienced professionals at her side and her marketing team was top notch. Pam makes selling a home look easy, but she puts in long hours behind the scene. Our home sold relatively fast thanks to her knowledge of the area and potential clients. Her professionalism is outstanding and her passion for this industry is beyond what we could have imagined. Pam Del Rey is a legend in the San Gabriel Valley and deserves that reputation. We have come to think of Pam as a member of the family and should we ever need a broker again - we know who to call!

While my house sold within two days, escrow was challenging. VA loan and a lending agent who didn’t communicate. 30 day escrow was over sixty days and was given several dates of closing escrow that failed to materialize. If not for Pam’s diligence and support, I would most likely have pulled out of escrow. Would recommend Pam to anyone looking for a great realtor.
