Pam was everything we were looking for to help transition us into our first home buying experience. She went above and beyond to make it work for our needs and wants and was always available that day if not the next for a showing. She straight forward, down to earth, honest, funny and a great person to work with. If she doesn't think it's a great property for you She will let you know always WANTING you to find the right place. She went above and beyond working with her team to help us find resources we need and stayed ontop of everything to have a very quick smooth transition. Answered all questions we had and walked us through all steps that were head of us to prepare us before it happened and if she didn't have an answer she would find out asap and get back to us. All phone calls were like talking to an old friend but in a very professional way. We started looking at houses in Novemever if 2023 and moved into our home February 20th 2024. Pam listed our home and had a sales agreement on it in days for full price. There was a problem with the lien search and a neighbors garage encroaching the property line. Pam immediately worked it out with the lawyers and the neighbors.

We have used Pam as an agent as buyers and sellers over the years. Pam takes the guess work out of buying or selling a home. She's honest about what needs to be done. She always makes herself available for questions. She's an excellent resource if you're in a market to sell a home or to buy a new one. Anything you need from her; she is on it and always gets back with an answer, immediately. I've used other local agencies like Century 21, and they were more interested in getting their commission than meeting my needs. They also, made me feel like they were trying to put me into a house I couldn't afford. My pervious realtor wouldn't call me back for days, and if she didn't know the answer to something, she wouldn't take the time to find out. It was an awful experience. With Pam, I could rely on her day or night, and she was always there for me. Pam was able to sell my house for $3,500 above my asking price. 10/10 recommend using Pam!

She is an excellent communicator, always follows through in a timely fashion, and will not stop until she finds you the right home! She handled all the paperwork, negotiations, and all the details of the transaction with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. She is a fierce advocate for your best interests, and will not recommend something for you unless she truly believes it is in your best interest. She also has a wonderful, very down-to-earth personality, and is very easy to work with. I was thoroughly impressed with Pam Young as my realtor, and I would never hesitate to work with her again.
