Well after losing 150K because of this agent I will never trust another Realtor again. To start I ask to list my home for 700K. She refused and said no way this would sell and said this MUST be listed at 650K. She had already found the buyer before it was ever listed and they dropped the price to 600K. With only 1 showing it was sold; then she took 20K with everything in working off, now down to 580K. Then I had to pay her and the buyers comission. After speaking with SEVERAL other Realtors I was advised to sue but she took all my money I had and could not afford a attorney.
