Our first home we purchased and later sold with Orlando. He helped answer a ton of our questions that we had (we had A LOT) with all of the firsts throughout the process. Everything went wrong in the sale of our house and the buy of our new house. The good thing is that Orlando was NOT one of those wrong things. Londo was awesome for us. We were first time home buyers and really didn’t know anything about the entire process so we had a lot of questions. Whenever we had a question (no matter the time, literally) we got an answer, even if we told him we did not need it right away, he did not care and we got the answer within minutes every time. Orlando has got to be the hardest working realtor i’ve ever come across in my experience. I was not the easiest buyer and we walked through many homes. The entire time Orlando was patient and continued to search for listings that fulfilled all my requirements and stayed within budget.
