Orlando, immediately had a search setup for me with everything I was looking for. I was out bid on the first house I had put an offer in on, but he kept my spirits up and explained the ideal situation we were looking for. 2 days after he told me that the absolute perfect house for me that didn’t make me compromise on anything I wanted came up in his search that also was the ideal situation for negotiations. Orlando had us locked into a contract within 2 days of me seeing the house and a full inspection was done a few days after. I got everything I wanted out of the purchase of my new home.
