We believed the off market pricing wasn’t exactly where it should have been given the shape and size of the house, we spoke with Orlando (who we have used for multiple previous transactions) and he gave us honest feedback and pricing on the house we were considering. While the deal didn’t happen, it’s nice knowing whenever we have a question or issue, we have someone we can reach out to for assistance.
