Olya Hatch

She's just amazing. We put our house in the market with other agent and we were not happy the the other agent services, so we were looking for new houses on our own while we were already under contract, and that's when we meet Olya. We wish we met her before so she could also done also the sale of our house!. She understood our family needs for the new home, she is motivated, proactive, dynamic. The sale (with the other agent) was a nightmare and she was able to keep us calm and handle the part of buying the new house so we didn't loose it while waiting for the sale of our old house (what took longer than expected due to our other selling agent part). We didn't just met an agent, we got a friend. With Olya, we didn't have to worry about anything of buying the new house process, she guided us step by step and handled everything for us.
