I never had to wait to view a house, one call and she was on her way. In this market, that is huge. I was a first time home buyer and she basically carried me through the process. She made sure I knew what was going on and kept me informed to reduce the stress along the way. When it comes to negotiation, I doubt there is anyone better. Even in the crazy sellers' market she was able to negotiate everything we wanted and needed. If it weren't COVID times, I'd stop be her office just to chat.
