I could not have asked for a better realtor. She really knows her job, market, territory, the laws. She is knowledgeable about construction practices and even helped me get my thermostat hooked up to the internet on google home app so I could get heat running in single digit temps. She’s resourceful in the fact that she has a pool to draw from of of working professionals in the trades to get advice on questions or problems you might have with the home your looking at or buying.. The speed with which Olya responded to our messages was incredible, and she was somehow able to get us into all of the properties we were interested in seeing within hours of us contacting her. She was never pushy about buying a house, and on the contrary, she would identify problems with some of the properties we looked at that we never would've noticed ourselves. It felt like having a big sister or close friend/family who was also a professional realtor help us with our home search. Olya is also incredibly strategic and knows the market and people in Spokane very well. She was able to advise us on when to put in an offer, how to structure our offer, and all the details of the offer so that we would place the winning bid. Because of her hard work, diligence, and strategic mind, we were able to win the bid on the first house we put a bid on. She continued to work with us throughout the entire process to make sure we were perfectly happy with all the conditions we ended up agreeing to with the seller.
