She is so knowledgeable about real estate and houses in general, answering any and every question we had along the way. Her opinions and advice were so helpful to us, and made us feel confident to move forward with the house that we now own. We especially appreciated the way in which she communicated with the various seller's agents. She speaks the "real estate" language very well and I know that this played a big role in the negotiations that we had.
