From start to finish, working with Jessica Dailey to successfully sell our house in Baltimore was first rate. The sale of our home was complicated for a number of reasons, not least of which was that we were out of the country. We were not actively looking for a new house when this house came across our radar. The house was a reasonable price in a desirable neighborhood, and we knew we needed to act fast. Having worked with Jessica in purchasing our previous house, we reached out about this new opportunity. Jessica responded immediately and was able to get us to see the house as soon as it was available. Jessica's industry knowledge came in handy as we discussed how much and when to place an offer. The timing and the suggestion of writing a cover letter illustrating our family story are likely what helped us get the house over a house flipper. During our short inspections period, Jessica was super flexible and responsive to our visitation requests, as we had a dozen contractors visit the property to give us estimates on work that we needed to get done prior to move-in. Jessica had many contacts for some of this work, and we even ended up hiring a few as they were the best price. Jessica is a tough negotiator, and you always feel like she has your best interests in mind first. I wouldn't want to be on the other side of the table from her. Having hired Jessica to buy two houses, I can't imagine ever using anyone else. I whole-heartedly trust Jessica with the purchase and sale of any of our properties.

We contacted Jessica and her team over a year prior to actually putting our house on the market. We did this because we wanted to benefit from her knowledge and experience selling properties in our specific area (Bolton Hill), as well as to get her opinions on what needed to be done to the property to make it ready for the market and to achieve the maximum price possible. Prior to putting the house on the market Jessica was very responsive to all of our inquiries and remained committed to helping us through the make-ready process, including sharing her contacts with us to facilitate the process. This included plumbers, painters and trash removal companies. After our house went on the market, Jessica's commitment remained steadfast. Due to her knowledge and expertise we received an offer within the first week. She advised that we should hold out for a better offer and were successful in obtaining our asking price. Throughout the inspection and closing process Jessica remained on her game, which was very beneficial given that both my wife and I were out of the country during this period of time. I would not hesitate to recommend Jessica and her team to either a buyer or a seller. I was particularly impressed by her knowledge and confidence which alleviated many concerns that we had about issues that impact the sale of the house. Finally, she excelled at customer relations and was always honest and straightforward in our dealings.

We used Jessica both in 2009, when we bought our first house in Hamilton, and again this year, when we sold the same house. Jessica quickly understood our desires with buying and selling our home. For example, we told her our priority was to sell quickly. She gave us her suggestion on price. She was amazingly accurate- like and behold, we had TWO OFFERS IN THE FIFTH DAY. One of the offers was exactly what we wanted, so it was a done deal. The process went very smoothly after that. Throughout the process, Jessica was responsive to questions and phone calls. In both times working with her, it was a “first” for me- a first home bought, a first home sold. I knew Jess had my back throughout it all. She answered all my questions, explaining the process to me. We intended to use Jessica for buying a home in MD, until we decided to move to PA. When you see houses with her, she makes comments like, “See the roof up there near the chimney? The roof needs to be done.” Or, “I can tell this homeowner really maintained his home. I’d buy a home from him,” which really let me see her diligence and trustworthiness. I highly recommend her. Five stars all the way.

Jessica has a deep experience/expertise when it comes to the Bolton Hill and surrounding area. To me she seemed to be very well versed with the process of selling a property, keeping on top of the papaer work and dealing with requests or issues from the buyers. I also believe she understands the processes that deal with or involved the city very well. Another great thing was how she took care of any minor issue that would come up.

I found Jessica as our realtor of choice, given her extensive knowledge of the area and with the local market. She did not disappoint! She and her colleagues guided us through the whole process of selling our home in Bolton Hill, gave advice when needed and even provided contacts with different contractors that we needed.
