I was not able to be on site to supervise the rehab of the Lanvale house. Jessica Dailey handled the entire rehab from hiring reliable contractors to making sure the work was done properly. She sought my permission for each expenditure, and told me the price up front. As a result of her efforts, the house sold for a considerable amount more than had been offered before the rehab, and after expenses were paid, the profit was also substantially higher. Jessica Dailey researched the property, told me in advance what deductions to expect at closing, and sought my decision for every step. Her excellent communication skills were particularly important because for much of the time I was out of state. In fact, she even arranged to have a notary sent to my home in Florida to sign the closing documents. My trust in her good judgement, extensive knowledge of her job, and responsiveness is demonstrated by the fact that my cousin and I have engaged her to sell another property in Maryland.
