Jessica worked with us to sell our condo in Mt. Vernon. We contacted her after she sold another condo in our building. Jessica got right to work with us and gave us a quick response, a to-do list of what to do to get our place ready, and answered all of our questions. She was readily accessible by email or text. We were under contract almost immediately after we negotiated OUR terms (Jessica was tough on making sure we didn't get cheated and helped explain what was in our best interests). Unfortunately just before closing the buyer was experiencing issues with his lender that forced our contract to expire.
