My experience with Nubia as my realtor was excellent. I never worried over any details when deciding to sell my house because she took care of everything from sitting down with me to explain every item on the sales contract to the final sale and closing. Nubia sold my house in one day by making sure there were plenty of interested buyers scheduled to attend the first showing. She negotiated the best sale price which was actually $10K over the asking price we had agreed on! I feel that she made a fantastic deal with the buyers and I am very satisfied. When it was time for the closing, she was impeccable about getting the details correct and the procedure went smoothly. I really enjoyed my experience with her, I was able to communicate with her at all times of the day, night or weekend with questions or concerns. She was always happy to explain things or make inquiries for me. I plan to work with her again soon and I recommend her highly!!
