Lost my father last year. I live 1000 miles away and the thought of having to handle the logistics of his death was overwhelming. Novel was a guiding voice through the whole experience and helped me navigate the process of selling his house with no added burden to me. Novel was an amazing seller he responded to our call from day one! He was ready to walk us through the process to make the experience fast and effective. He oriented us in every step we needed to take to have our house sold in days and to meet with all the steps we needed. He was available at any time and day to answer any concerns we had and also guided us on what to do if we encountered a problem. He definitely made the selling of our home an easy ride for us since this was definitely a bitter sweet moment for me and my family.
